Our insider tip in Ticino. The merged municipalities of Verscio, Tegna, and Cavigliano together form the gateway to the beautiful Centovalli, yet are only a 10-minute drive from Ascona and Locarno. Here you will find typical Ticino, villages with stone houses, many grottos, and great restaurants. At TC Pedemonte in Verscio, we can offer you a very friendly atmosphere with three beautiful clay courts.

As requirements vary greatly, we do not provide a price example. The price quoted depends on the travel date, length of stay, number of people, and the desired number of tennis lessons per day. We would be happy to provide you with a personalised quote.

They train at the Pedemonte Tennis Club in Verscio. In case of inclement weather, they attempt to use the two indoor courts at the 5* Hotel Castello della Sole in Ascona.

Due to the close proximity to Ascona and Locarno, we can offer you any hotel there.
However, our insider tip, if you don't want to stay by the lake, is the charming Hotel Barbatè***, a boutique bed and breakfast in Tegna, run personally by the owners. With 18 ultra-modern and very comfortably furnished rooms, a cozy breakfast room, and a terrace, it's a hotel where you can really relax and feel at home.
The tennis courts in Verscio are a 5-minute drive or approx. 15-minute walk away. There is also a beautiful bike path along the Melezza River that leads to the tennis courts.
You will be spoiled with culinary delights in 14 restaurants and grottos in Tegna and the neighboring communities.
