Five days of travel, four nights, and three games await you on this fan trip to Herning. This small town is an insider tip for major events in the heart of Jutland, Denmark. For the second time since 2018, it will host the Ice Hockey World Championship. From May 9, there will be a party atmosphere on the pretty promenade, in the surprisingly large number of restaurants and pubs, and in the smaller fan zone. Another highlight is sure to be the Jyske Bank Boxen Arena, where all the Swiss Group B games will take place.

Our 3-star hotel is in a prime location in the center of Herning. The pedestrian zone with its shops, restaurants, and pubs is in the immediate vicinity. 52 bright, cozy, and comfortably furnished rooms, breakfast restaurant, bar. The bus and train stations for transfer to the Boxen Arena are only a few minutes' walk away.

Jyske Bank Boxen

The games will be played in the modern Jyske Bank Boxen Arena in front of over 10,500 spectators. The arena opened in 2010 as Denmark's first multi-purpose arena and hosted the Ice Hockey World Championships in 2018. FC Midtjylland's stadium is located next to the arena. The arena is located just outside the city to the south and can be easily reached from the city center by public transport.
